Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 15 days from when you receive the item from us. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

– The product is unused and not damaged.

– Includes labels, packaging and purchase invoice

– Products and accompanying gifts (if any)

Transportation costs

– In case the error is due to you or due to the customer’s objective needs, you must bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.

– In case of technical error or loss from the store, we will bear shipping costs for you.

Procedure

– After receiving feedback from customers, we will conduct a review.

– Receive returned goods from customers, check and give you feedback via email

– After you confirm the return, we will deliver the goods back to you

Content can be exchanged

We accept your return request regarding the color and size of the product. In addition, you can exchange for another product of the same type or same price.

Carriage

Immediately after confirming and agreeing to return and delivery. We will send you an email to notify you of the shipping process. Refund delivery time is within 15 days, please check your email and wait for the delivery date.

Change or cancel orders

Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.

In case of error, a refund will be given

– Due to errors in confirming the wrong order from us

– The order and payment deadline has passed and you still have not received the goods from us

– The product delivered to you is defective or has been used

– We delivered the wrong goods compared to your request

Transportation costs

If it is our fault, we will fully bear the shipping costs for the return.

If it is your fault then these costs must be borne by you and we will deduct them from the refund amount.

Refund method

If your refund request is approved, we will immediately take steps to refund your money. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, please wait.

Note: This refund will deduct shipping costs if the return is for your reasons.
